B2B Event Platform: From Operational Friction to Scalable Growth
Eventozor is a B2B event platform designed to centralize ticketing, payments, communication and operations for professional events. From the first weeks, the objective was clear: reduce tool fragmentation, secure peak-traffic sales windows, and simplify execution for organizers, speakers and attendees.
Organizing a seminar, conference or afterwork often means coordinating disconnected systems and manual workflows. We rebuilt this experience around one operational hub so teams can launch faster, communicate reliably and protect revenue during critical sales moments.
Armed with 20 years of experience developing critical platforms, we approached this project with a distinctly Lean mindset: building a comprehensive solution, designed around the organizer's ROI. The ultimate goal of this collaboration was to deliver a powerful tool with immediate onboarding, ensuring that technology would never be a barrier.

Infrastructure Challenges - Ticketing & High Availability
A robust financial engine, designed for peak loads.
Opening a ticket office for a highly anticipated event generates a massive influx of visitors in just minutes. For an organizer, a server crash at that precise moment means a direct loss of revenue.
To guarantee this technical peace of mind, we deployed a scalable cloud infrastructure with high availability. Resources adapt automatically to real-time traffic, completely transparent to the user. On the monetization side, we designed a custom ticketing engine powered by advanced Stripe integration.
Client gain: Maximized conversion through a frictionless payment flow, automated B2B invoice management, and the guarantee that the platform will hold strong, regardless of the number of connections.

The Engagement Challenge - Integrated Communication
Breaking free from limitations with a proprietary email system.
In event management, communication (sending QR code tickets, reminders, last-minute changes) allows no delays. Rather than forcing our client to synchronize cumbersome external email tools, we integrated this capability at the heart of the platform.
We developed a native email communication system. The organizer no longer has to export or import databases: everything happens in just a few clicks from their interface.
Client gain: Total control over data, a drastic reduction in operating costs, and assurance of optimal deliverability rates for critical messages, all from a single screen.

The Simplicity Challenge - A "Zero Friction" Experience
The art of masking business complexity.
This was arguably the biggest challenge of the project: making extremely dense features coexist (dynamic program management, company lists, partner directories, interactive maps) within an environment that had to remain as simple as a consumer application.
We applied our expertise in interface design (UX/UI) to create dedicated portals based on user type (organizer, speaker, participant). The interface shows only the information strictly necessary at that moment. No cluttered menus, no technical jargon: the tool naturally guides the user toward their objective.
Client gain: Immediate adoption by organizing teams without needing training, a massive reduction in support requests (tickets/calls), and operational management time cut in half.
The true achievement of Eventozor is not only to have centralized all B2B event management features, it's to have done so while making the tool incredibly simple to use. This is the very essence of our approach at Perfusion.dev: cutting-edge engineering in service of ease of use and our clients' growth.

Availability target for a ticketing platform
The team built our entire ticketing platform with a rare combination of strengths: an interface that feels simple to use and a microservices architecture built for reliability. Strong technical execution with a real understanding of business needs.
