Heatspot is a nightlife event platform built to centralize reservations, ticketing, marketing and performance analytics for clubs and venues. From the start, the objective was to remove operational friction, reduce tool fragmentation, and help managers launch and optimize events faster.

The nightlife industry still relies too heavily on disconnected, hard-to-maintain tools. As a technology partner, we designed a custom SaaS business application to give venue operators direct, reliable control over their day-to-day operations and revenue drivers.

Securing Data Flows with Strict TypeScript API Client

Managing payments via Stripe and coordinating events requires high reliability in client-side data exchange. To deliver this without overloading the browser, we deployed a typed Node.js service, directly utilized on the front-end through a strict API client.

This durable architecture guarantees that the interface communicates error-free with business logic, delivering high performance during navigation. This technical choice enables us to maintain controlled technical debt while ensuring rapid platform evolution.

Designing Fluid Onboarding to Launch First Ticketing in Less Than 15 Minutes

Integrating a new B2B tool into a club is often slowed by complex configurations or tedious financial integrations. We rethought this crucial step to give managers immediate action from their first login.

By optimizing every screen of the registration flow, a user can create their account, connect Stripe Connect, and sell their first tickets in less than 15 minutes. This tangible time savings transforms what's often a tedious setup phase into a direct first step toward profitability.

Making Sales Analysis Accessible Through Clean Design System
